GNC brought our team in to support their social media strategy, content creation and influencer collaborations with three key objectives: 1) elevate the overall quality of content 2) reach their customers in a relevant way (especially on Instagram) 3) create a cohesive brand presence that highlights the company as an authority in the evolving health & wellness industry.
To achieve the above, we did a deep-dive to uncover GNC’s most avid fans, why they love the brand and how to highlight those factors through content and collaborations. Using this as a baseline for our strategy created a snowball effect driving more social engagement and timely influencer partnerships to amplify new product launches.
We paired our strategy with a cohesive creative direction, incorporating a color story to tie all content together. Additionally, we began leveraging trending content to insert the brand into culturally relevant conversations and to reach new audiences.
