Who wouldn’t want to feel as Happy as Pharrell Williams does while singing his uber-catchy hit song, “Because I’m Happy!”? Well I, for one, do! I consider myself already a pretty happy person, but there’s never too much of a good thing, so I’m learning ways to find more happiness in my life.
I’m currently taking Gretchen Rubin’s 21 Day “De-Clutter My Life Challenge.” Every day, I receive an email with tips & suggestions for removing the clutter from your life in order to feel happier and more balanced. Simple tips like the “One Minute Rule” (Perform any task that can be completed in less than one minute, without delay), and getting rid of unnecessary papers, will help clear away small clutter which over time will have a big impact.
I’ve also been reading her popular book The Happiness Project, and can already feel the small changes having a big impact on my overall happiness!
